Due to the Covid 19 restriction being experienced by us all, our training has gone online and are now delivering the HACCP and Food Level 1, 2 and 3.
Delegates are continuously assessed and a multiple choice test is undertaken. Successful delegates will gain a nationally recognised food industry qualification accredited by the IFST (Institute of Food Science and Technology) (HACCP 1 & 2) Level 3 HACCP we also deliver Levels 1, 2, & 3 in Award in Food Safety for Catering, Manufacturing or Retail
Our open courses will be limited at, but we can also deliver HACCP Level 1 & 2 at your premises or online.
